Consular Assistance
In-person client services are strictly by appointment only, from Monday to Friday each week, between 10.30am - 3.30pm.
Please contact us if you wish to make an appointment - we may be able to assist with your matter by phone or email.
When making an appointment at the Australian Embassy, please advise if you have mobility issues or have small children in a pram so arrangements for entry can be made in advance.
Emergency Assistance
The Australian Government provides 24-hour a day emergency consular assistance. If you are an Australian citizen requiring urgent consular assistance:

If we cannot take your call you will be provided the option to be transferred to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade's 24-hour Consular Operations Centre in Canberra.
